The racket involving Dr Amit Kumar bought out some uneasy coincidences between him and Mr Moninder singh Pandher

1. Both exploited poor people for their own purpose

2. They lived in and around the vicinity of Delhi

3. Both were influential people with reach within the administration.But Amit's case was esp severe because ultimately a mole helped him escape

and without official complicity this guy who had a well known but infamous track record could not have continued his operation across three continents involving 100 of crores of rupees.
